Extemporaneous thoughts on Arctic security

I am posting this for a few reasons: 1) this topic will be front and center, if not a flashpoint, at some point in the next thirty-years with multi-polar investments as the Arctic is not "carved" up quite yet - it may suffer the same future fate as what plagues Africa, 2) I need to post something to API this channel to my magazine website - the offset (offsetmag.com).
